New Corporate Partners Join D+H Group LLP Chartered Accountants in 2004

We are pleased to announce that Craig Cox, CA, Arthur Azana, CA, and Gordon Cummings, CA, CPA (Illinois), have recently joined the firm’s partnership as corporate partners.

Craig Cox has been with the Firm since 1993. Craig provides tax planning, business advisory, and accounting/assurance services to clients in a number of service areas, and has a particular interest in advising clients on the tax issues for private businesses, corporate reorganizations, trusts and estates, voluntary disclosures, and tax appeals.

Arthur Azana has been with the Firm since 1994. Arthur provides tax planning and business advisory services to clients in a variety of service areas, and has a particular interest in dealing with tax planning and tax issues for appeals and disputes, corporate reorganizations, non-residents, trust and estate planning, and First Nations.

Gordon Cummings has been with the Firm since 1994. Gordon provides accounting and assurance services to publicly listed and private companies, focusing on compliance with Canadian and U.S. GAAP. Gordon has taught university accounting courses, is currently a presenter for the B.C. Institute of Chartered Accountants’ Professional Development program, and volunteers with the Institute’s Exposure Draft Forum and the Practice Review & Licensing Committee.
