Principal

Michael joined D+H Group LLP in 1990. He is responsible for providing and implementing practical wealth preservation, tax and business strategies to private and family owned businesses. Areas of interest include real estate, technology, manufacturing and First Nations organizations and most importantly family businesses facing changes.

Michael graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1983 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. In 1985, Michael won the gold medal for obtaining the highest mark in British Columbia in the Chartered Accountant’s Uniform Final Examination. In 1987, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Vancouver. Michael also earned his Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of British Columbia in 1994. Michael has completed the CICA In-depth tax course.
