Getting Your CA
Do you want an opportunity to really make a difference during your time as an articling student? Do you want to get involved with all aspects of a client's business operations and help clients make financial decisions that will impact their bottom line? D+H is the Firm where you can achieve these goals. We will help you develop the skills you need to succeed as a professional. Learn from dedicated professionals who have helped students achieve an average 95% UFE pass rate since 2002.
At D+H Group, you will be exposed to all facets of public accounting, not simply audits or sections of audits. Your work experience includes handling an entire file within the first month of work, providing assurance services as a team member on larger assignments, preparing individual, corporate and trust tax returns, and providing tax and advisory services. Being a student articling at our Firm, you are given more opportunity for involvement and participation in the "whole picture" on assignments, which is an integral part of learning not only at work but also for your CASB studies and the UFE.
We provide ongoing mentoring and training for students to enable you to succeed at each level of the CASB program including the UFE. Everything that you learn with us is directly applicable towards your studies and will help you in your final exam. We train you in a set of marketable skills that will ensure your success.
We also strive to ensure that students have a balance between work experience, studies and life away from accounting. We support our students by monitoring overtime hours during peak times ensuring workload is balanced. We provide paid study time and when required, unpaid study time, to help students prepare for exams.
