COVID-19 – KEEPING SAFE WHILE SERVING YOUR NEEDS

As part of our firm’s ongoing response to the global pandemic, and recognizing that our most important priority is maintaining the health and safety of our people, our clients, and our community, we continue to take steps to limit physical interaction.

Many of our staff are working remotely from their homes using secure online systems. Our office is open, but with substantially reduced numbers of people physically in the office. This allows us to maintain social distancing while continuing to operate and meet your professional service needs.

When you have your records ready to pass along to us:

  • Please use electronic transmission of documents, either email or a secure file sharing system.
  • If you have a small number of documents and access to a fax machine, our secure fax number is 604-731-9923.
  • If you need to physically drop off records, or send them by courier, we have setup a secure drop off space in our reception area to protect you and our staff.
  • We are not presently scheduling in-office meetings; please contact your D&H advisor to book a telephone call or virtual meeting.

Please feel free to email or call us to request a link to a personalized, secure fill share folder so that you can “drag and drop” your electronic documents into an online folder to transmit them to us securely, quickly, and easily.
