Position Title: Administrative Coordinator
Position Duration: Permanent, Full Time (in office)
Reports to: Supervisor, Production
Annual Salary: $46,000
We are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills to join our Production Team. This is an entry level position with the objective of advancement. We provide extensive and progressive training.
D&H Group LLP is a Vancouver-based firm of Chartered Professional Accountants that has set a standard of excellence for the past 65 years.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reception relief and assist front desk when necessary
- Liaising and communicating with clients daily
- Facilitating the CRA Authorization of our clients, which includes liaising and communicating with clients daily
- Provide support to the Office Clerk and Production Team in a variety of ways
- Scanning/filing documents into our internal filing system
- Preparing monthly engagements letters and managing follow-ups
- Monitoring Company’s Efile email daily
- Electronic filing of client corporate income tax returns and manage follow-ups
- Mail out CRA notices
- Finalizing year end documents (T2/NTR)
- Coordinating general client correspondence in adherence to Firm policies
- Other miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned
Candidate Requirements:
- University or college degree (in any field) is considered an asset
- Experience in an Administrative role is an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Possesses a high level of interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- A team player who is willing to assist in whatever capacity necessary
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- This position requires you to work in our office Monday through Friday
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
