Mike joined D&H Group LLP in 1989 and served a wide range of business owners and First Nations as a general practitioner with a very strong background in Canadian income taxation. Mike had particular experience working with First Nations and their related entities in connection with structuring major investments in, and financing for, real estate developments, run of river power and wind farm power projects. Mike also worked closely with small business owners to help them structure their businesses in a tax-efficient manner and to meet their financial reporting needs.

Mike worked with clients in a wide range of industries including real estate development and fisheries, and was often involved with helping clients plan and complete major transactions.

Mike retired from D&H Group LLP on July 17, 2016.
