Elida joined D&H Group LLP in 2012 and began specializing in valuations in 2015. Elida assists our clients with a wide range of valuation matters, including business valuations of private companies operating in a wide range of industries in connection with merger and divestiture transactions, corporate reorganizations and estate planning, as well as other transaction advisory services such as due diligence review procedures for acquisition, and litigation support services including loss quantification, financial projections and modelling, and financing assistance. Elida also assists our clients with Canada-United States personal income tax matters, including work with dual citizens, and Canadian residents who own US-based investments.
